Scott Langer
After growing up in the midwest I moved to Lake Tahoe in 2002 with the mission of working on some of the area's finest mountain homes. Over the next 14 years I had that opportunity in working with Bruce Olson Construction. With a wealth of knowledge gained from ground up to fine finish, team leader and management experience in 2015 it was time to move on.
During the summer of 2015, I obtained my general contracting licence and started Langer Property Renovations realizing my passion was for saving homes and renovation and remodel projects. From some amazing spec remodel projects completed, to smaller and large projects for private clients, I've been able to build a small business providing a wide range and scope of work.
With 18 years in the Lake Tahoe Basin and 25 years in the industry we have the experience and the knowledge of what it takes to build, maintain, and manage properties in this beautiful mountain setting we call home. I pride myself on working close and transparent with clients keeping the fine details and functionality as a number 1 priority.

Design and Consult
Understanding a project's needs, design and scope is key. Projects can vary from simple to complex integrating a variety of elements that all need to work in unison. From material selections to functionality it's important to make sure your project gets the attention it deserves from start to finish. Along with my experience I work closely with local Interior designers and architects to achieve projects /client needs.

Build
With 25 years extensive experience in the field I have been a part of and seen some of the most amazing projects take shape and come to life. I am a hands on builder assuring no detail is overlooked. Attention to detail, quality and problem solving are traits I've become known for. Over the years I've been able to establish professional reliable relationships with many local subcontractors should a project require multiple trades onsite. With that said our projects vary from smaller handyman situations to complex interior / Exterior repair work and complete remodel projects.

Property Management
With a large portion of our community made up of 2nd homeowners / part time residents it's important not only to maintain your property but know it's in good hands. Having experience in high end property has given me the knowledge required to provide homeowners with the confidence that their home is in good hands. We can provide service and comfort with 1 phone call covers it all. From weekly house checks, repair work, scheduling maintenance, and making sure your property is in great working order when you arrive.
